I am an information technology technical instructor with developed skills gained through establishing and developing full IT projects, networks, and infrastructures from initial conception to completion. My experience includes teaching, customer liaison, design, testing, and successful implementation within budget, scope, timescales, and process limitations. I have extensive experience with LAN, WAN, hardware, software, cloud computing, and security. I am able to work cross-functionally within a customer-focused environment, give lectures on IT topics, and maintain the delivery of IT services and technology projects. I am up-to-date on IT developments. Proposed course schedule: Comptia A+; Days/Time: Monday, Tuesday; time will be based on the suitability of the majority of the students. Comptia N+; Days/Time: Wednesday, Thursday; time will be based on the suitability of the majority of the students.
